We have been using SMS works for about 3 years now. We send over a million messages per year informing people about critical services that they have been involved in or applied for (we don't send marketing messages) . SMSWorks is a mission critical services for us. In the last few years I struggle to recall their service ever missing a beat. At times we have had support issues and they have always been dealt with quickly, personally and professionally. These guys go the extra mile also. Due to a failing at our end we did not record some messages sent on behalf of one of our clients and as a result we could not produce the numbers required to issue an invoice. The guys as SMSworks could have easily say , "sorry, this is not possible" but they restored old backups for us so that they could retrieve the information. I am not sure why a couple of these reviews are low, but I see SMSWorks as a key supplier of ours, who delivers a very reliable service backed with personal and professional customer support.
