I have been letting through Thomas Morris for a couple of decades now. Their business model has recently changed and although it has been difficult for me to understand who deals with what these days as tasks have become more specialised and I don't have an individual I can approach about each of my properties, this approach has been very useful at the end of tenancy of one of my properties where Sheetal has been dealing with the deposit return and has done a good job, despite being remote from the property.
Reply from Thomas Morris - Huntingdon: We have changed our structure recently to improve service levels to Landlords and customers so it is good tp hear that Sheetal has done a good job. If it helps, the main contact for you in your area should you wish to discuss your properties is Holly.
