Every member of the team I met or spoke to on the phone was friendly, helpful and efficient. I'd particularly like to mention Bob Beaken whose persistence and expertise helped to move a difficult process forward ( difficulty not created by Sawyer and Co). Can wholeheartedly recommend.

Grant and I cannot recommend Sawyer & Co Estate Agents highly enough. Through a very long and stressful sale process we could not have asked for better people than Simon Lemcke & Bob Beaken representing us. From the very beginning the service was exceptional; Bob especially rose to the challenge of every unexpected turn that took place when he joined our journey midway through. Thank you, Bob! If you choose this company, you're in safe hands, their experience and skill in securing your sale is exceptional! I've had the great pleasure of working with Mia and Jess to secure my new apartment. The entire process from the viewing to signing the contract was very smooth. I really appreciated their knowledge and they were always available and prompt in answering any questions that I had. They really made a process that was supposed to be stressful completely stress-free. Highly recommend these cheerful bunch!

Sawyers deal with our Properties in Hove and in all the years I have been with them they rate ***** Danica has just been dealing with a property to re-let and all done and dusted in a very short time , so she gets 10/10

We are first time landlords and were largely clueless about something that we thought likely had more complications than we knew. Having scouted other agents we then met Kerry-Anne Holland. She clearly knew her stuff, outlining all of the practical and legal requirements present and future, while at the same time giving us confidence in a friendly, professional and efficient way, that she and her team could guide us through it all. So it has proved. She, Jess Fowler, and the others in the team have been magnificent throughout. No question is too small, and everything has been done with professionalism, efficiency and friendly good humour. Tenants were found within a day of our property being advertised and everything has gone very smoothly. So in summary - highly recommended.

I’ve had an incredibly difficult time trying to find a property to move to but Sawyer and Co have been brilliant. All communication has been very clear and I’ve received really prompt responses throughout. The whole process has been really quick and stress free. Mia and Molly are both fantastic at their jobs and they have been wonderfully helpful.

I’ve just bought my first flat. Adam was incredible from start to finish. He was really informative and friendly. I was really worried as it’s my first place and I had no idea what to do.
