I recently used Sawyer and Co for a flat purchase. My agent was Bob Beaken. From my offer going in to moving in was around 6-7 weeks. For such a quick turnaround you can imagine the communication needed had to be excellent, and it was. Bob was always transparent and replied very quickly to any messages etc. Very pleased with the service all round.

Over the last year I have experienced a wide range of estate agent encounters. i wont name the rude ones, the ones who don't know how to answer the phone or the ones who tell me my choices will never be fulfilled but I will mention Simon and Bob at Sawyers. Both went out of their way on my behalf on several occasions and managed to put up with a highly stressed individual who had not moved in 25 years and was terrified.
