It’s very rare to come across an estate agent that genuinely works in the best interests of both the buyer and the seller, but Kieran and Zoe managed to do exactly that. What could easily have become a deal that fell apart was successfully held together because of their professionalism, communication, and ability to find compromises that worked for everyone involved. Their after-sales service was honestly some of the best I have ever experienced. They both went above and beyond throughout the entire process, constantly keeping things moving and making sure both sides felt supported. When I mentioned to Zoe how good she was at what she does, she simply shrugged it off and said, “It’s my job” — which says everything about her attitude and dedication. Kieran and Zoe are definitely among the best estate agents I’ve dealt with, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in working with them again if the opportunity arose. Message to the company owner, you are lucky you have an amazing team but I am sure that you must look after them as well.
