The sale price exceeded our expectations and the whole sale from start to finish was completed within an impressively short time frame.

She was communicative, efficient, responsive and very personable, even when we were really frustrated. She did everything in her power to push things along and was genuinely delighted for us when it all came together at the 11th hour! Estate agents sometimes get a bad rep, but she defied this. I would highly recommend working with Lucy, she was great.
