Sawer & Co have just taken over as our managing agent, for our small block of 7 flats. They are so professional, courteous, prompt and easy to engage with. Everytime we have an issue with the building they act on it immediately. I have spoken to a couple of contractors who have been assigned work from them and they both spoke very highly of them too.
