We have been in Brighton and Hove for 20 years, and for the last 4, we have been renting via Sawyer & Co. Their service is impeccable. They are also one of the friendliest and most helpful estate agents we have experienced through our time with them.

This review has changed completely since last writing. I had a bad first impression of Sawyer and Co for unrelated reasons to renting or buying with them, but the professionalism and decorum they have shown to me today has made my review turn 180°. I received an apology from the director and the people that had caused inconvenience personally, we spoke and I got the impression they were very nice honest people. My reviews are aimed to never smear a company but to improve customer service and public image if anything and this company has gone above and beyond for my satisfaction. I would recommend Sayer & Co to anyone for their professionalism and kindness!

We marketed our house through Sawyer & Co in Summer 2019. Everything about the service was fantastic, from initial consultation and valuation, photography, marketing and viewings, through to offers and chain management. Bob particularly worked tirelessly to get us through to exchange. Unfortunately our move ultimately fell through for reasons outside anyone's control, but as and when we go back to market we wouldn't hesitate to use Sawyer & Co again.

We recently sold our house through Sawyer & Co estate agents in Hove. We were very pleased with the excellent service they provided from the start of the process through to completion and I can highly recommend them. They were efficient, professional and communicated with us on every aspect of the process. I went with Sawyer & Co after several months with another company who had only managed to get very few viewings of my flat. Sawyer & Co had several viewings within a couple of weeks and an offer. After several months of process the buyer pulled out through no fault of Sawyer & Co. S&C put it straight back on the market and again several viewings in a short space of time and another offer. This time the sale was completed. The support from Sawyer & Co and especially Bob Beaken was great their attitude, supportive, positive and forward looking when at times I was feeling negative.
