As a buyer of a property through Sawyer & Co in Church Road, Hove I would just like to say what a decent team they are. From first my contact with Daisy who booked my into a number of viewings. Then on to Simon who took me on the viewings and whose local knowledge helped me buy a flat with permission for my dog that was initially unclear from the vendor. Simon undertook the negotiations on price in an understanding and civilised manner. And finally Bob who helped my purchase go through before the end March stamp duty rise and continued to provide a great ongoing service after completion helping me deal with utilities and forwarding mail.
