I switched over to using Sawyer & Co. originally to let me flat as I was not satisfied with another local letting agency. The letting service provided by Kerry-Anne and her team was excellent. I then decided to sell the flat and Elliot within the sales team handled the sale, again nothing short of an excellent and professional service. It's always difficult selling a tennanted property, but this was not a problem for Elliot and his team. Next I liased with Bob who looks after the post sale process to ensure all the correct legal paperwork has been collected for each solicitor, (buyers and sellers). Again, flawless and a sale that probably would not have been achived without the help from this professional team.
