I cannot recommend Sawyer & Co highly enough. I chose them as our agents because I undertook some research into the best agents for Brighton. This left with a short list of two and the other agents did not respond to their online form. There were also other key factors in my selection of Sawyers, and these were: 1. Their completion rates in Brighton - they have a clear process to work on each stage of the project 2. Adam Farrell - Adam visited our property and was realistic, professional and clearly experienced. 3. Their approach that ensured people who were showing our house have experience and listened to what we wanted. Once appointed, Sawyers and Adam did not let us down. The photographer that they arranged was supberb. She spent more than an hour at our place (its a 3 bedroom terrace) and she produced better photographs that we expected, and way better than other sites. There was no need for drones or other gimmicks. Once the property was listed they managed viewings well, found us a great buyer and then ensured that all communications and follow ups were handed to the experienced and excellent Bob Beaken. Bob is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and calm. He probably wouldn't mind me describing him as "old school" - because that's exactly what we were looking for. Throughout the entire process Bob and Adam have been readily contactable, dedicated and professional, and if anyone asks me who I would recommend to sell your house, Sawyers - provided Adam and Bob are there - would get my recommendation!
