Have used Sayer & co HOVE twice now. Once to buy and once to sell. And both times i have found them incredibly professional and HONEST. Bob Beaken kept me informed as to the progress of the sale. I was on holiday in the USA. So it was important to me to be kept informed. As i couldn’t just pop in the office. Would definitely recommend this Agency. Also Simon Lemke valued my Apartment. I obviously wanted more and he told me i was not going to get that price. Obviously he was right. Did not go into the estate agent speak of I can get you this i can sell it for that.
