Avoid this estate agent at all costs. This has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had with any supposed “professional” company. The lack of integrity and transparency from the agents is truly unbelievable. We asked to end the contract based on a catalogue of errors and failures by Brockenhurst, they said that they would only release us from the contract if we dropped our formal complaint and sent to them in writing that we would not leave any negative reviews. Both of which are fully within our rights to do, but shows they only care about their own image and not the impact and poor service they have on their customers.

We put an offer on a property, Brockenhurst didn't explain any issues with the seller, and we explained we were ready to move ASAP. We had a 2nd viewing at the property, to be told by the vendor they were in no hurry and kept their previous buyer waiting 9 months before the buyer pulled out after being kept waiting. This obviously sent alarm bells ringing with us, we didn't want our chain to fail because of us and loose the buyer for our house. We asked Brockenhurst if we could view other properties with them and they refused as we had pug in an offer on a property. We explained the situation with the house we put an offer in, but they were not interested, which meant we lost out on other properties. The vendor never replied to anything from our solicitor and wasn't a serious seller. Needless to say after 3 months and considerable expense to us and money we would never get back, we pulled out as it was not a serious house sale. Brockenhurst even confirmed the vendor hadn't been looking at other properties, Which Brockenhurst were aware of. Brockenhurst never responded to any queries and never explained the situation before taking our offer. The house is still on their website, over a year after our offer. Feel sorry for the 3rd person who had put in an offer and being messed about by Brockenhurst and vendor.

Handed over my private contact details to the person who purchsed my property and told them to phone me with any issues. Have these guys even heard of GDPR and data protection? Who the heck wants to be constantly phoned by the owner of their previous property with issues, ridiculous.

We chose Brokenhurst to sell our home after a really impressive sales pitch from Clare. Our concerns as first time sellers were made clear to Clare on her visit and we told her communication was the main reason for our decision to use their company. Our house sold within a week and our case was passed onto Jo, our move manager. We heard from her twice once when our house sold and then the day before exchange, and only then because our buyer informed her of the completion date. We feel really let down, the reason we chose Brokenhurst, communication, was the worst part of their service.

You lot are a two faced lying hipper critics and arrogant don't listen to what people has to say and don't reply to any phone calls or emails and you are a right con artist how much a rent is charged for a property

Never organised, had problems from day one. Never seemed to be bother what ever the issue. Very un professional with EVERYTHING.
