Thank you to Keith Grant who has secured a sale on my let property with a target price to the occupying tennants, who were happy living in the lovely little house where my daughter grew up, before I put it on the open market with you. Thank you as well to Simon, Suzannah and Kate from the ace letting steam for looking after me for 3 years, while I rented my house, keeping me up-to-date, marketing the house to lovely tennants and being very approachable at all times. Photo attached is Seven Sisters local to where I am now. Brock Taylor is one of a kind in Horsham, not used them in Haywards Heath but I’m sure the ethic is across the board! Brock Taylor are excellent to deal with. Keith looked after our requirements including viewings and putting us into contact with a great Mortgage Broker. I can't speak highly enough of Keith. He was very knowledgeable about the specifics of the property and gave us great advice. Highly recommended.

We met with many Estate Agents. I chose Brock Taylor due to its' location, it being a family run firm. Above all, because out of the 4-5 Estate Agents, Keith Grant was the only Estate Agent to take time to explain why he wanted to be our Estate Agent, what he could offer, how he would market the property and built a rapport. He has stayed in touch regularly and communicated throughout providing his view from experience as well as giving us time to make our own decisions for what is best for us.

From the get go Keith was well informed and prepared arriving with an information pack about the house and a "can do" attitude.
