I’ve Had A Fantastic Experience with the Rental Team at Brock Taylor. Thomas was absolutely brilliant with communication around viewings and letting us know about the property we wanted to move into Thomas was easy to speak to and very helpful, Kate has also been amazing help, especially around what next steps are needed after we moved in. It’s been very smooth and an easy transition into me and my partners first flat together! I’d recommend the Brock Taylor team to everyone as they’ve been absolutely phenomenal. Thank You!

Brock Taylor have been incredibly efficient and helpful throughout our experience. Their response time has been excellent, and a big shout out to Kate for assisting us so promptly with the inventory process and being so hands-on. The whole team is fantastic, and Tom has also been great from beginning to end, supporting us every step of the way as we secured the property. Highly recommend!

I have always been really happy with Brock Taylor’s Lettings team, but today they excelled themselves. After the sale of my flat fell through last week, Thomas found a short term let that was happy to allow sales viewings on the same day as picking the property up. I am completely staggered and incredibly grateful for the support and service that this team have offered me in what was a bit of a nightmare situation. Having recently moved in to one of the properties they manage, we’ve had a very positive experience with Lucy during the initial flat viewing and Kate Ellery who assisted us with securing the flat, arranging the move and sorting out the inventory inspection.
