My experience with Brock Taylor was great from the start, I met with Lucy who showed me around several properties. She was very welcoming, friendly and easy to speak too. She was able to answer all my questions and was very attentive to my preferences with the let i was looking for. I was introduced to Kate E. fairly early along the process also who handled my early questions and ultimately my application and most other things from that point onwards. She was equally very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. She has answered all my questions and queries quickly and clearly and made the whole process of getting setup stress free and painless which is a real credit to her. Both of these people showed a genuine interest in helping me find a great flat while taking into account my preferences. It was clear they took pride in helping someone get sorted. It made a real difference to what was otherwise a very stressful search in a difficult market. So thank you. I was so appreciative for the help, support and very happy with the apartment that they helped me secure. I would recommend anyone who is looking to rent within this area to speak to them.

I had a great experience with Kate – she was incredibly helpful, professional, and always quick to respond to any issues or questions I had. She communicated clearly, responded to emails promptly, and was happy to fit me in around my busy schedule, which I really appreciated. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in doing a great job. Highly recommend!

Lovely estate agents who always go above and beyond to support you. From the moment I first entered their office I’ve felt welcome and they’ve done everything they can to help. We’ve had a great experience with Simon and Kate – they’ve been incredibly helpful and quick to resolve any issues that came up. Although we had a couple of unexpected problems along the way, they were always responsive, supportive, and handled everything efficiently. It's clear they really care about doing a good job and looking after their clients. We truly appreciate their professionalism and friendly approach. Highly recommend! Additionally, at the time, we were quite desperate to find a new home in a short time period, and they were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process.
