I approached Brock Taylor having been recommended by a friend. Suzanna guided us through the process very well. Within two days, we had seven viewings and three offers - two of which were for a sum greater than we had been asking. I would suggest to anyone that if they have a property to rent, Brock Taylor would be my first choice of companies to manage the letting process.

Myself and my friend have recently let a property through Brock Taylor and have been looked after by Suzanna Harley . She has been professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout and it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with her. If only all estate and lettings were the same! From the moment we made contact with Brock Taylor we were looked after. Very professional and definitely made living in Horsham stress free. Always on hand and quick to act. Have had to head back to Ireland for a few months but will be contacting them upon our return.

Brock Taylor were excellent to work with while we were selling our house. They listened to our views on the pricing and marketing of our house, took great photos and a 360 video, and communicated well before and after each viewing. We particularly thank Suzanna who took the time to familiarise herself with the house before the initial viewings and who remembered many details about the house to pass onto prospective buyers. Thanks also to Sam in sales and Leanne in sales progression for all their hard work.
