I have been with Brock Taylor for a few years now and they are a very friendly, helpful company . Suzanna and Iona are extremely helpful with any issues that arise with the property and they inform me straight away , so we can solve it quickly for the tenants . Thank you for all your hard work

Proactive from the start. David showed us properties that addressed our ‘wish list’ and not just what the estate agent had to offer. Arrived for the viewing and was warmly greeted by David. The house viewing was honest and thorough and David was able to answer any questions I had. Although it wasn’t the property for us, David and his team at Brock Taylor have continued to follow up with suggestions. A good experience house hunting so far!

After buying my house locally with David's help. He is a true professional. They offer an amazing service at very reasonable rates. They don't exaggerate or promise things they can't deliver and certainlypull their finger out! They are endlessly decent and fun to deal with and you never worry about their integrity. They have a good network of other services and really help out if you get stuck. If you are only going to ring one agent these are the people to ensure you keep your sanity and get a great service!

Without a doubt Brock Taylor offer the best Customer Service in the Rentals sector in Horsham. Down to earth team who will go further than “the extra mile” to help. They understand their clients on an individual basis and have a solid interest in making things happen for them. Suzanna is a strong team leader and should be proud to have young Alex under her wings. Lucy is great with clients at viewings and always on time. My pet hate is when someone is showing you around and is more interested in what is going on on their phone (without making eye contact) like what some of the other Horsham agents practice. No phones in sight and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Keep it up- second time you have looked after me now!!! Cracking job guys. Thanks for everything.

Emily was very helpful and patient in locating a property despite my wife and I constantly changing our mind and the goal posts of what we wanted! She helped us find the property we eventually offered and accepted on. Excellent service and would recommend.
