I have sold both my son’s flat and our own house through Brock Taylor and also asked them for advice on rental prices and house values on several occasions. The team (led by the personable and efficient Peter Mansell) is outstanding, both in their professionalism and in their manner and nothing seems too much trouble for them! Yesterday their valuer, Dave, visited our recently extended house as we needed a (free!) valuation for Stamp Duty purposes. There was nothing in it for them, but he came at short notice, gave us his time and remembered every detail of the house from when we had put it on the market 3y ago - impressive!
