I have only had dealings with Emily Lee, who has been polite, knowlegable and seems to understand excatly what type of property I would like to buy. her customer service skills are very good and she always calls back when she says she will. I could not ask for more.

I have sold both my son’s flat and our own house through Brock Taylor and also asked them for advice on rental prices and house values on several occasions. The team (led by the personable and efficient Peter Mansell) is outstanding, both in their professionalism and in their manner and nothing seems too much trouble for them! Yesterday their valuer, Dave, visited our recently extended house as we needed a (free!) valuation for Stamp Duty purposes. There was nothing in it for them, but he came at short notice, gave us his time and remembered every detail of the house from when we had put it on the market 3y ago - impressive! In the past I have had some less than pleasant experiences with estate-agents, but Brock Taylor is not only 2 cuts above the rest in my opinion but totally in a league of their own! There are cheaper options on the High Street and on-line, but I guarantee that with Brock Taylor, you will have total peace of mind and as speedy a sale as possible (in this buyers market!).

Having recently rented a property through Brock Taylor I’d like to thank all the Lettings Team for their professionalism in marketing,viewing property management and accounting. Suzanna,Alex and Lucy went out of their way on marketing and having over thirty five viewing in three weeks!! Emily Lee such is a pleasure to work with! I have viewed a few homes with her now and she is always pleasant and bright. She is knowledgeable about the properties and is very patient with me as I ask a multitude of questions and wobble on about where I would put my furniture.
