I was shown around several properties by Emily Lee who was very professional and informative, and answered all my queries promptly after our viewings. I was looking to buy my first home and found her property suggestions were the most relevant of all estate agents I was in contact with in my search. Unfortunately my offer on a property was rejected, but through the process of this Emily kept me fully informed. I would definitely recommend contacting Brock Taylor when searching for your next home.

Suzanna Harley (lettings) at Brock Taylor has been invaluable to us. We let our property out, out of area with another agent, and ended up with some very difficult tenants who caused us a lot of problems. We were struggling to find the information we needed, being first time landlords and turned to Brock Taylor where Suzanna went above and beyond to help us, providing us with advice and information we needed to rectify our situation lawfully. She is very knowledgeable and personable and made us feel confident in tackling our problem, unlike the other agent we were letting through! I highly recommend Brock Taylor for lettings and especially Suzanna Harley. Thank you Suzanna for all your help and putting our trust back into letting agents.

We have rented two properties through Brock Taylor. All the staff there are very efficient and helpful and are very easy to communicate with. Suzanna, Terri and Iona have always been quick to respond to any issues. Suzanna helped us find our current home which are really pleased with. I would highly recommend them.

As a first time landlord, I was a bit lost as to how the whole process works and very nervous about it all. Suzanna Harley and Sam Ellis at Brock Taylor were great at not only talking me through the whole process and answering numerous questions I had, but the product available also makes it super simple without there being any hidden costs. Very grateful for all the support I had, and for finding me a tennant so quickly.
