Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Hornchurch

We had the pleasure of working with Phil and the team in Hornchurch on the sale of our bungalow. From the very start, they made us feel we were getting a truly personal service, which is so important with such a big transaction. Unlike some High Street estate agents who can feel pushy or misleading, Hilbery Chaplin were honest, approachable, thorough, and highly knowledgeable. We trusted them from the start and immediately felt we were in safe hands. We had previously dealt with another agent for the same transaction but didn’t receive anywhere near the service we did with Hilberry Chaplin. Looking back, we wish we had chosen Hilberry from the start. Phil, Kellie, Kelly, and Neil were all attentive, responsive, and a real pleasure to work with. If we ever need to move again, we would not hesitate to call them and will recommend them to anyone who we know undertaking such a transaction that’s for sure! Thank you Hornchurch team for making the process such a positive experience — we are very happy!
