Phil, Neil and Kellie and all the other members of staff I’ve dealt with at the Hornchurch branch have been fantastic! Great advice and communication from the very start along with a very honest and accurate valuation with competitive fees that ultimately resulted in tying up a sale in what could be considered a very difficult period of time in any year ( the run up to Xmas)!!!
