The team at Balgores have been great at getting us through a tricky chain. We are buying, so not direct clients, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful and we're very empathetic when passing on bad news. We have finally exchanged, thanks in part to the sheer tenaciousness of Donna, Deepuk and colleagues! Holiday cover was in place so we always had a named contact and staff were always up to date with what was happening on our file. Very impressed.

Are very professional peoples. Good communication with processes. Mr Mark, and.Mr Chris they're very professional and friendly I already have 1 bedrooms flat rent out since 4 years with them payment always are on time in my bank account. Now I'll rent my own property 3 /4 bedrooms with them again I give 4 star because they have expensive contractors when something goes wrong in the property. The charge you £70 only for a call to investing the problem and try to sorted out, then they will send you the estimated jod with quotations. In my idea they should change contractors, get cheaper and honest with price So my advise to you to get your own contractors. Other than that I give 5 stars

Excellent customer service and care. Mark Claxton was very attentive and polite. Always, responding to queries. The only thing for me was having a 3rd party company undertaking the referencing, it was a lengthy process. Overall great!!
