After a 2 years tenancy where the rental property was kept in a very good condition , the way Balgores dealt with the deposit was appalling to put it mildly. Luckily for us, the TDS - dispute resolution was able to keep an objective approach and awarded the landlord only £195 of an incredible bill of £2500 for minor repairs and reasonable wear and tear which is to be expected in a 2 year tenancy. Jade Sharpe's attitude was everything but professional or customer service oriented, condescending at times and very keen to make us pay for things that related to wear and tear or were already damaged when we moved in. I will not be using this " Award winning agency" as a tenant or landlord as their attitude was far from " award winning".
Beware!!Landlords & Tenants Dont use this company for anything.They are Fraudsters. They descriminate.they were so quick to take my card details.they took my 500 pounds told me i failed the credit check and never gave me a penny back .i have seen a 65 yr old lady(landlord) cry because of the way she was treated.ready to help if you need any proof or evidence.i dealt with Thomas movaldo and Jackie martin at Hornchurch branch(lettings).jackie was so so rude.wish the government will get a grip on this estate agencies everywhere.i will keep their details and document incase anything comes up in future on how to report or expose them
