My partner and I were unexpectedly made homeless after our newly purchased property was destroyed by a water leak last January. We urgently looked for a rental property and came across a few through kinetic. Nina was absolutely brilliant in finding us the perfect fit for us two and our dog. She was always helpful in answering any queries we had and managed to get us into a property in 5 weeks post water leak discovery. Issues with the rental were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend Nina and kinetic as an estate agents!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND KINETIC!!! I have dealt with Kinetic for several years now, both as a seller, a buyer and for rentals and I cannot recommend them enough! They are not your run of the mill estate agents, they care about every single client and their needs and I personally don't know anyone who has dealt with Kinetic that hasn't praised them for the same! All staff are brilliant but Nina (and Matt) particularly go above and beyond for their clients. I'm so grateful to them for all they have done for me over the years. Cannot recommend Balgores (Hornchurch Branch) enough!! Since the offer was accepted it has been quick, smooth and very communicative from start to finish. As with everything there are some delays which are completely out of anyone's control however, Donna has been fantastic in the progression department. She has made this whole process simple by maintaining regular contact and updating us where applicable.
