Very impressed with Mark Claxton and Amanda Farmer. They have been extremely proactive and have managed my properties exceptionally well. Mark, in particular, has been very helpful in ensuring the Havering Council property licence application forms were submitted on time. I truly appreciate the extra effort he went to, going the extra mile to get everything completed promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending both of them, as well as Balgores, with whom I have been associated for the past 10 years.

I highly recommend working with Ajay Bansal at Balgores Lettings! From finalizing our tenancy agreement to the key handover, he has been fantastic. He is very communicative, polite, and has gone out of his way to help us get settled into our new home, even when dealing with back-and-forth requests with the landlord.
