Mum and I had an excellent service from Balgores from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. This made the process much less stressful than we thought! A truly outstanding experience from first to last from Andreea-Ionela Pop at the Hornchurch branch of Balgores. Nothing was too much trouble, she responded quickly to any query we had and would message over the weekend and evenings to keep us updated, her attitude and helpful nature made what is always a stressful experience so much more bearable.
