Mark is a very dedicated and professional member of the team. He doesn’t stop working and continues no matter what time it is. He really looks out for the clients and aims to get a positive outcome within good time.

It isn’t just another sale to him. Or another exchange. I’m pretty sure I was giving him such a difficult time. But not once did he make me feel like I was. Or feel as though I was being annoying.
