Very difficult to get through to the phone and some members are very rude Had a viewing today. Tried calling up all day to inform the branch I would be late for my appointment because I had an emergency meeting scheduled for work. Couldn’t get through to anyone until I was about to leave my house. A lady picked up and I informed her I would be roughly 5mins late and she was fine with it. When I drove all the way up to the property which was a 30mins drive and I was only 5-7mins late, the estate agent at the property did not let me in, saying I was late for my appointment as he had to travel to another appointment. I told him it would only take me 2 minutes to view the house which would still have been within my 15mins allocated time. But the estate agent refused and left the property in a rush. However, we then saw the same estate agent sitting in his car for about 5-10mins doing nothing although he left early due to a ‘rush’ to a second property. Very very disappointed

Surprised. They make you leave a review the moment they find you a property and to mention their name. With a 6 bedroom house kicking all the problems under the carpet and making everything else seems all in working order. Been facing this issue last winter with no hot water with a 30 years old boiler. Slow response to emails, been calling the agent who is in charge of our property but never man up to speak to me, passes the message to the receptionist that they’re working on it. Not very impressed.

Absolutely impossible to get hold of their aftersales, as a buyer. When we do get through they say they can ring us back, and never do. If I were the seller I would move my property to someone else.

I was scheduled a viewing today at Hillview Avenue, Hornchurch with this gentleman named Callum Cotsgreave at 12:15. He was aware of the fact that I was coming from far with my wife whose health is not so good and a 6 year old child - I did mention this to him several times on the phone. We arrived promptly at the place, at the said time. Just as we closed the doors, (he seemed a bit distracted with something else in his mind, with NOT the smallest 'welcoming' sign on his body language) we had another knock on the door from a couple who was scheduled before us but were late by almost 20 mins. As soon as they came, our man Callum here told us he will need to do their viewing first and before we could respond, asked us to "leave the property and wait outside"! He was quite a douche the way he handled that situation, to be honest - given that we were there at our allotted time and first. He locked the door inside. What made the situation worse was the fact that it was a storm outside - rainy and windy - and he simply asked us to leave and wait outside until he finished. Fair enough - there might have been "rules of engagement" regarding bringing more than one group of potential buyers for viewings - but THIS WAS NOT FAIR AT ALL. I'm not going to let me my family stay out, cold and wet, just because you do not have a sense of respect towards anyone else's time or space. To be fair, I knocked the door more than once so we could wait inside but he did not bother to even respond. Needless to say, having been insulted like that, we did not wait around in the cold and rain for him to finish his other slot. If he was like this right at the start, I can only dread the way he will work with us through the buying process. This is not the way we want to find our first home! No thank you, Balgores Hornchurch!

Property security is important as we are responsible for the property in the absence of a seller so we are only allowed to show one party around a property at a time. We paid a week deposit to secure the property, but after 3 days they gave the prolerty to someone else. A total waste of time! I don't recommend!

Balgores lettings hornchurch, Jackie Martin in lettings is an unprofessional, deceitful person you will ever come across, avoid this person at all costs!!!

I don't recommend this agency. I felt discriminated by their letting agent and she wasn't able to read my employment contract or bank statements. They refuse to rent a house after I make an offer they continued to show the property to other people and the they said somebody else offered to the landlord the rent for one year up front
