Mr Mark, and.Mr Chris they're very professional and friendly I already have 1 bedrooms flat rent out since 4 years with them payment always are on time in my bank account. Now I'll rent my own property 3 /4 bedrooms with them again I give 4 star because they have expensive contractors when something goes wrong in the property. The charge you £70 only for a call to investing the problem and try to sorted out, then they will send you the estimated jod with quotations. In my idea they should change contractors, get cheaper and honest with price So my advise to you to get your own contractors. Other than that I give 5 stars

Excellent customer service and care. Mark Claxton was very attentive and polite. Always, responding to queries. The only thing for me was having a 3rd party company undertaking the referencing, it was a lengthy process. Overall great!!

Was pleased our house got sold, since then they helped with our remortgage but then didn't contact us to swap to a lower rate. Now we're stuck for 2 years with a bad rate because it was too late!
