We have limited experience with Balgores as our relationship with them started only recently. The Staff have provided a great service, especially Reece Woodhall and based on our experience so far, we would recommend Balgores wholeheartedly.

Great experience with my sales agents regarding the purchase of my new property! They were liaising with my previous block management company as well as my buyer and seller’s solicitors on behalf of my conveyancers at times and that helped speed up the process significantly.

Balgores was great to work with especially mark claxton. He was very patient with me when I kept telling him I hadn’t received documents and it was me being blind not realising I needed to set up an account. After that the process was easy .I would definitely recommend Balgores.

The team at Balgores have been great at getting us through a tricky chain. We are buying, so not direct clients, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful and we're very empathetic when passing on bad news. We have finally exchanged, thanks in part to the sheer tenaciousness of Donna, Deepuk and colleagues!
