1st class service from Balgores Estate Agents in Hornchurch, constantly available to answer calls and our questions from start to finish and very friendly staff, after a lot of ups and downs with selling we signed up with them and the enthusiasm we received was great, they was determined to sell our property for us, they have also sold for a friend of mine through my recommendation as well. Lovely team headed up by Billy who again, although a very busy guy was always on hand to calm me down. We are now packing up our house and Billy is still ringing to make sure everything is going well, definitely recommend this agent, very pleased with their service, you may get cheaper but when going through the stresses of moving, service is everything. Great service, commitment and absolutely exceptional dedication from Mark Claxton, responding and following up on queries promptly. Going above and beyond the normal working hours. Very professional, good natured and polite at all times. I also highly recommend Paul Loding who was also involved at the earlier part of contract until Mark took over the last stages.
