Great service, commitment and absolutely exceptional dedication from Mark Claxton, responding and following up on queries promptly. Going above and beyond the normal working hours. Very professional, good natured and polite at all times. I also highly recommend Paul Loding who was also involved at the earlier part of contract until Mark took over the last stages. Paul is also very polite, patient and worked very hard to reassure any concerns we had through the process. Thank you again for everything and for your patience. Where do I start we were recommended to use Billy (Brilliant Manager) at Balgores to sell our property and I did not need to look elsewhere what an amazing team. We had viewings and every member of staff that came to do them was professional, friendly and efficient, I never had to chase once they were fantastic I would like to name all that were also involved Paul, Deepuk, Charlie, Tom, Heather, Emily and Chris (particularly as he handled our file while Billy was on annual leave and was brilliant) . Once we had our buyer Suzanne (Absolute Diamond) was amazing from start to finish she had kept me updated and in the loop at all times chasing solicitors etc. which is out of our hands. Thank you so much for getting this over the line 😀 very pleased and would recommend their services.
