I have to give a special mention to Nikola Tokarska, one of their staff members. She was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and really knew her stuff. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Polite & easy to deal with, I just gave him the keys & he arranged viewings & also arranged for the rental to be cleaned!
