What an unexpected 5* service! I say unexpected as I, unfortunately, had a not so positive experience with Balgores years ago (apart from Pete, the mortgage guru, he's always been legendary!). When the house I wanted to view this time was with them I was a bit worried. So, before they even started they were on the back foot with me which highlights just how good the service was to turn my opinion on its head.
