1st class service from Balgores Estate Agents in Hornchurch, constantly available to answer calls and our questions from start to finish and very friendly staff, after a lot of ups and downs with selling we signed up with them and the enthusiasm we received was great, they was determined to sell our property for us, they have also sold for a friend of mine through my recommendation as well. Lovely team headed up by Billy who again, although a very busy guy was always on hand to calm me down. We are now packing up our house and Billy is still ringing to make sure everything is going well, definitely recommend this agent, very pleased with their service, you may get cheaper but when going through the stresses of moving, service is everything. Where do I start we were recommended to use Billy (Brilliant Manager) at Balgores to sell our property and I did not need to look elsewhere what an amazing team. We had viewings and every member of staff that came to do them was professional, friendly and efficient, I never had to chase once they were fantastic I would like to name all that were also involved Paul, Deepuk, Charlie, Tom, Heather, Emily and Chris (particularly as he handled our file while Billy was on annual leave and was brilliant) . Once we had our buyer Suzanne (Absolute Diamond) was amazing from start to finish she had kept me updated and in the loop at all times chasing solicitors etc. which is out of our hands.
