I am giving 5 stars to the wonderful JODIE who has been a complete superstar from start to finish and beyond. Extremely professional, customer service is impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble, it was my daughters first rental and Jodie made the whole journey so easy, taking time to answer all our questions even in her own time. Balgores are incredibly lucky to have her and I hope the bosses appreciate her as much as we do. Even whilst on holiday she still made sure she was available to help with anything we needed. I don't usually leave reviews but this young lady deserves all the praise and recognition possible. We cannot thank her enough for her continued support and for everything she has done. She really is a very special young lady with a heart of gold. So whoever is in charge, give that girl a raise, she's worth every single penny, and then some. Also thank you to Mark and Harry who were both very helpful too. JODIE YOU ARE OUTSTANDING and we will be recommending you without hesitation. Thank you again for all your help J & G xx
