We had a great experience working with Rex at Balgores throughout our property search. His communication was excellent, particularly during the sales progression stage, keeping us informed and helping the process move forward smoothly. The reservation agreement with Gazeal also gave us added peace of mind and reassurance, making us feel more secure throughout the process. We really appreciated Rex’s support and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property.

Absolutely fantastic service from Sarah, Arif, Donna and the entire Balgores team!
From day one, they were brilliant. They secured a buyer on the very first weekend our property went on the market and then worked incredibly hard to drive the sale through to completion in just six weeks.
What really stood out was how proactive and responsive the whole team were. They kept things moving, stayed on top of the process and made what can be a stressful experience feel well managed from start to finish.

I could not be more happy with Sarah and the Team at Hornchurch Balgores. We went from having a estate agents working on clicks from Rightmove and 7 viewings in 3 months to 7 in the first week. A proactive approach from a. Reactive one. It is true what they say, price is what you pay but value is what you get. Are Balgores the cheapest? No. But are they the best, I'd argue yes. Sarah gave us confidence she would sell our house in the first 5 mins of meeting her and she did not disappoint. New home beckons. Cracking work Hornchurch team! Could not be more happy.
