Overall we are really happy with our experience. Arif was really attentive and took care of any questions or issues we had along the way. Donna was there to help push and chase the deal to be closed. The only really really minor thing I would say is that we were expecting a welcome hamper when we got our keys which we didn’t get, this would’ve made us feel like we really did complete it as I feel like it’s something that everyone kind of expects as the cherry on top. We obviously are extremely happy with our new home but it’s the little things. That aside, when we started the process, it was mandatory to sign the ‘Gazeal’ agreement this was a bit of a shock as we had to put down £500 deposit to ‘lock us in’ which we didn’t prepare for however this worked in our favour, we didn’t have to stress whether or not the seller would just change their mind or go with a better offer as we both had to put this money down almost as an insurance if something was unreasonable the other party would’ve compensated. As a first time buyer we were a little bit worried as it was something completely new for us to experience but Arif and Donna really made us feel at ease and explained any and every question I had and so I can say that I would definitely recommend Balgores Hornchurch!!
