I and my husband are new to letting out and Pam and her team helped us to promptly put our property on advertising portal get potential tenants for our property within a week of advertising. However, I have been so impressed with The Letting Quarter's friendly, courteous, professional and prompt service that I felt compelled to write this review. Sam in lettings has been absolutely fantastic and has put our minds at ease with her great guidance on the process involved in letting. Superb!

Highly recommend Paul at the Lettings Quarter. He advised on selling three self build plots. Always available to discuss and advise as each plot progressed to point of sale. Numerous challenges along the way, were dealt with calmly and effectively. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

From the beginning, I’ve had a great experience working with the Letting Quarter! It’s always been a daunting case when I’ve worked with letting agencies in the past and have never really felt reassured by their communication, etc. but I’m glad to say that this time has been completely different. I recently moved to Hitchin for a new career and Sam from The Letting Quarter was great in finding me somewhere to live. After initially enquiring about a property which had just been taken off the market, Sam noted down what I was looking for and arranged viewings for similar properties rather than whatever they had on their books. During the viewings, Sam was friendly and helpful with great local knowledge of restaurants and things to do in the area. I would definitely The Letting Quarter use again to find a property.

The Letting Quarter and previous associated Companies have managed my rental property for circa 20 years. I have always been extremely pleased with the polite , efficient service I have received and quick and professional response to any questions or issues I have raised during that time. The Letting Quarter were a dream to work with when securing our home! certain circumstances meant that they really had to go above and beyond whilst keeping us both informed and patient!
