Nothing but good things to say about the Letting Quarter. Sam was amazing and helped us find the perfect place for us to call come. Always picked up the phone and helped us settle in.
Excellent letting agents! They supported us throughout our flat search and viewings. Sam was especially helpful—quick to respond and always happy to answer questions.
Easy and efficient letting!
I just want to say thank you to Paul, Pam, and the whole team at The Letting Quarter. As a new landlord, Paul sourced a high-yielding property for me in Hitchin. Pam then advised me on the optimal changes to make to help the property achieve my goals. I’m now very happy to say that I have a high cash-flowing asset that has already begun building long-term capital appreciation. Thanks, everyone—I really couldn’t have done it without you!
Very informative webinar with up to date information. Easy to understand host and content. Most helpful.
It has now been over 20 years since The Letting Quarter and the team have been providing me, as a landlord, with a hugely professional service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Excellent staff nothing is too much trouble even after the tenant has moved in. They have alway found amazing tenants some who are long term and others are short term. We wouldn’t go to any other company
I have used this property management company for the last 24 years and always found them to be excellent in both finding new quality tenants and looking after the properties ongoing maintenance.
Very quick and attentive in helping their tenants. Had water leaking into the property from an upstairs neighbour, and the situation was resolved within the hour!
