After initially enquiring about a property which had just been taken off the market, Sam noted down what I was looking for and arranged viewings for similar properties rather than whatever they had on their books. During the viewings, Sam was friendly and helpful with great local knowledge of restaurants and things to do in the area. I would definitely The Letting Quarter use again to find a property.

We were searching for a rental property with a very specific wish list and a tight budget. After scrolling through RightMove constantly, let's just say our expectations were quite low! We knew we'd likely have to compromise, but we decided to be upfront and share our extensive list of requirements with the team here, including our preferred location. To our surprise, The Letting Quarter exceeded all expectations. They managed to find us the perfect property without comprising any of our requirements (and it was in our dream location!), and the entire process felt incredibly smooth and transparent. We were always kept informed and never felt left in the dark. A special shout-out to Sam, who showed us around the property and was our point of contact throughout. She was absolutely fantastic – supportive, understanding, and truly felt like she was on our side and wanted to help, which is every renter's dream. The communication from the entire team here was consistently excellent, making the entire experience a breeze. We couldn't be happier with our new rental home and highly recommend The Letting Quarter to anyone searching for their next property.

From the beginning, I’ve had a great experience working with the Letting Quarter! It’s always been a daunting case when I’ve worked with letting agencies in the past and have never really felt reassured by their communication, etc. but I’m glad to say that this time has been completely different. Jo and Pam have been lovely throughout the entire process and made it a smooth transition, especially with this being my first time letting under an agency. Highly recommend Paul at the Lettings Quarter. He advised on selling three self build plots. Always available to discuss and advise as each plot progressed to point of sale. Numerous challenges along the way, were dealt with calmly and effectively. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Really efficient and friendly letting agents, got my flat rental sorted super quickly and with minimal effort! Viewed the flat with Sam Adams on the Friday and she was really helpful and knowledgeable about the flat, the market, and the area. All checks were then completed and finalised by the Monday and since then Sam has continued to be helpful with any further queries I have had. Would recommend this agency!
