The Letting Quarter [ and Country Properties as it was formerly part of ] have been managing our rented flat for more than 25 years. In that time TLQ have advised up how to set up our property before renting out, checked and selected suitable tenants over the years. TLQ inspected the property regularly and arranged for appropriate maintenance when required. More recently TLQ have advised and supported us through a prolonged and challenging programme of complete refurbishment of our flat. I have always found the staff friendly and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending TLQ to anyone wanting to rent out a property. They will take away the worry from anyone who is contemplating a process which is becoming increasingly complex in a time of new and changing legislation. .
