The Property Quarter have been managing our flat for 20 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. They have an excellent understanding of the rental market, and move quickly to ensure minimum untenanted days, and during that 20 years - through some challenging times - we have not had a vacant flat for more than a couple of weeks. They have access to excellent trades people, and organise repairs and servicing quickly, and at very competitive prices. Their team are friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional. I have recently been on my property search in Hitchin, looking for something specific. I was lucky enough to meet with Jo on my first viewing who was really personable, professional and knew everything I needed to know about the local market. Even when the first property wasn’t right, Jo engaged with me and was proactive in searching for other option based on my personal criteria. I had the pleasure to also view a property with Tom who was professional and friendly throughout. Once I had made my decision on a property, Jo was extremely helpful, punctual in her communication and helped me with any queries I had along the way. Jo at The Letting Quarter promised and certainly delivered! Our property had been vacant for a couple of weeks and Jo gave us some great advice on improvements that could be made. She advised how she would market it and assured we would have the property let quickly....which we did, within a week of going on the market.
