Country Properties have been managing our rented flat for more than 20 years. In that time CP [now Lettings Quarter] have advised us on how to set up our property before renting out, selected suitable tenants over the years, and arranged for appropriate maintenance when required. I have always found the staff friendly and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending LQ to anyone wanting to rent out a property. They will take away the worry from those contemplating a process which is becoming increasingly complex.
