The Letting Quarter [ and Country Properties as it was formerly part of ] have been managing our rented flat for more than 25 years. In that time TLQ have advised up how to set up our property before renting out, checked and selected suitable tenants over the years. TLQ inspected the property regularly and arranged for appropriate maintenance when required. More recently TLQ have advised and supported us through a prolonged and challenging programme of complete refurbishment of our flat. I have always found the staff friendly and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending TLQ to anyone wanting to rent out a property. They will take away the worry from anyone who is contemplating a process which is becoming increasingly complex in a time of new and changing legislation. .

Sam really understood what we were looking for and recommended a great property for us to rent. In addition since we've moved in they've been very responsive on any issues that have arisen.

Excellent service and really helpful. This was my first time looking for a property and Jo, Rebecca and Tom have been amazing.

The team are absolutely amazing and incredibly efficient! I would 100% recommend them to anyone! Jo, in particular, was a total Godsend. We called up about a property on Monday, viewed it the very next day, and Jo made sure we felt comfortable and supported throughout the whole process, especially since we needed to find somewhere quickly. From the moment we explained our situation, she worked tirelessly to make it happen and she really delivered! From our 2pm viewing on Tuesday to all referencing and checks completed by midday Wednesday, Jo pulled everything together in less than 24 hours. She said it could be done, and she truly meant it. We were honestly amazed by her dedication and efficiency. I genuinely can’t sing their praises enough!

I suppose all real property transactions are challenging but mine was perhaps more of a cliff-hanger with all elements of it being uncertain until the very last moment. I couldn't have been in better hands. The Letting Quarter clearly have their clients best interests to the fore, and in my case worked hard to ensure that I got my heart set on. They were endlessly patient when it came to negotiating all the paper work and forcing the deal to a close.
