Really good experience through D+J Lettings, thanks to Raveena, Connor and Linda. We recently went through the process of moving into a rented property through D+J Lettings, and it was straight-forward and easy. Linda met with us at the property and was really friendly, and understanding when we got held up and were a little late! The team were really quick to get back to us with information when we needed it, and the tenancy agreement and deposit was really easy to set up too. They helped us to move in with quite a tight turn around which was really appreciated. We had a maintainance issue that cropped up shortly after we moved in, but the maintainance team at D+J were really quick to get someone out to sort the issue, and the contractor they used was also very friendly and professional. At what was a really stressful time for me and my partner, you were able to provide reassurance by making the whole process very easy. We are really happy in our new home, so thanks again to the team, couldn't fault you! 🤩

Tom was very professional and the attention to detail is incredible. He provided a very clear guidance with all the potential tenants for property that was available for letting. From the beginning to the end I was kept informed and given advice and guidance as to the most suitable tenants. A very extensive set of photographs, of the standard of decoration, was undertaken as a record. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to let their property to contact Tom as soon as possible because you will be very pleasantly surprised. I will use Tom again for letting property and if I was wanting to sell he would be the first person I would contact.

Amazing service from Finlay even when the first buyers withdrew due to survey issues. Finlay/TLC sold the house again very quickly. They have always been pro-active in overcoming potential problems and navigating the way to a successful completion. Highly recommended .
