We recently went through the process of moving into a rented property through D+J Lettings, and it was straight-forward and easy. Linda met with us at the property and was really friendly, and understanding when we got held up and were a little late! The team were really quick to get back to us with information when we needed it, and the tenancy agreement and deposit was really easy to set up too. They helped us to move in with quite a tight turn around which was really appreciated. We had a maintainance issue that cropped up shortly after we moved in, but the maintainance team at D+J were really quick to get someone out to sort the issue, and the contractor they used was also very friendly and professional. At what was a really stressful time for me and my partner, you were able to provide reassurance by making the whole process very easy.
