He kept me updated regularly, was always quick to respond to any questions, and made sure I always knew what was happening at each stage. He was professional, supportive, and genuinely reassuring during the process. Hardip was also fantastic. He explained everything very clearly and took the time to make sure I fully understood the mortgage process and my options. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer any questions. Our chain has been absolutely awful throughout this process with other estate agents further up the chain just simply not doing a good enough job, offering poor advice and actually having a go when Lisa was doing her utmost to get this whole saga over the line.
