Mat and the JNP team were incredibly professional throughout the whole process, from valuation to viewings. I was impressed with their punctuality and professional appearance. Mat took fantastic photos of our property and had the brochure ready within days. We chose JNP as they were incredibly enthusiastic about our property and gave good advice on small home improvements before selling. They have been extremely supportive during the sale process and always have time to answer any queries. Lisa liaised with me throughout the whole process. Given the current climate, we had many problems along the way. Lisa was contactable every day, always returning phone calls and emails. I most appreciated how honest and informed she was on market conditions and helping us with negotiations. I honestly feel without her help, we would have given up! Thank you Lisa!
