Not a great experience. I pretty much understood the tone of the lady showing me the property when she said "the tenant will selectively be picked". I sent an email enquiring about what their terms and conditions where foe selecting tenants and did not receive a response. I now avoid the their propertied when searching.

If I could give no stars I wolud. Big rip off they are just in it to steal your money they took the property off us and put it back on market and fefused to give £285 back, lloyd is about as much use as a wet tissue didn't even get back to us. We got back £50 as a good will gesture (good will my ar**) will never use or recommend them ever.🤬

Agree with Luke and Sophie. I wish I have read about the reviews last year before renting with them. Never had so much stress living anywhere, and I have always been very careful looking after the properties as much as I can. This is the worst experience we have had with any company. If you are reading this review, please make sure you avoid them. When I have some time I will write down the details about our experience. I wish I can at least save somebody from repeating what we have been through.

JNP Lettings are more focused on their bottom line than thinking about their customers. As a customer of JNP, they regularly made unprofessional mistakes, with little to no communication to their client.

Do not rent through JNP!! They charge the most expensive set up fees in excess of £699 and when the deal falls through and JNP have done nothing!!! They keep all the money , not a bad profit for doing jack ****

I was trying to book a viewing for a property but they never back to me, property is still vacant so..... not sure if they even trying to care about their customers. Even live chat does not help :) they promised to call from propal branch and never done it! Terrible time waisters! Not recommended at all!

Avoid!!!!
