Dear sir madam very disappointed with the service from your staff I believe there is under table deals going on as I just don't even get booked in for viewing which I requested for a property which was on on the website within 10 minutes thanks

Less than 1 🌟 Arranged a viewing with Lloyd for Saturday at 11:30 am. Arrived only to be left waiting, tried calling the office and no answer. Luckily the previous tenant showed up with their removal people. She called her contact as she was not made aware of any viewing taking place. They advised nothing was booked in on their system and asked that we call the office. The office that doesn't answer the phone of course. We decided that if a company is this poorly managed and unprofessional then they aren't worth getting involved with. Try your luck if you dare, but be prepared to be very disappointed.

Me and my wife were meant to view a house in town centre of wycombe at 10:30 this saturday. We went there by 20 past 10 just to make sure we are not going to be late. Waiting outside the property for 25 minutes trying to call the phone number left in the email of the confirmation , we get no answer ... we are coming out the car to get close to the house just to make sure the agent is not missing us , and in the end we get a call back from them saying that the agent Simon was outside the property waiting for us 15 minutes from 10:30 left us a voicemail and left. It is absolutely incredible we where there all that time we where trying to call them wondering where they are and never received any messages... i had a bad experience regardin the situation and i will never go back to JNP HIGH WYCOMBE ... We took 2 days off from work just to see the property eventually renting for an year at least , and then beeing let down by the staff ...! I will low rate the experience and next time be more carefully with this kind of situations

Rented a property through jnp and at first everything was fine very quick at responding to emails and phone calls however once i rasied issues concerning damp and mold they became very unhelpful, took up two weeks to get a response from them regarding the situation overall i think it took three months before they sent an electrician out to check the dehumidifier which was working and i told them it was. Nothing was done till after we moved out and we left early even after paying the last month because i decided after having over a £1000 worth of damage done to my personal property i was done, but the laughable part was them telling me i could be held responsible for any mold or damp damage to the property even though i notified them. Though from looking at reviews they dont seem to care for lettings just sales maybe they should only sale cause clearly they only care about the money and nothing else. Avoid this company with a passion if your renting! Also its a bit funny how they dont respond to bad reviews only good ones, i think thay says it all no?

RACIST and affected my CREDIT REPORTac. Made me consent to a credit check on the basis that the landlord would proceed with my offer. Then made me wait 3 days as they apparently "couldn't get hold of the landlord" Even though they continued to hold viewings for the property over the weekend. Then stated a number of outrageous stipulations (which was never outlined before) in order to try and put me off from proceeding with me offer. RACIST company. I felt nothing but discrimination from the way i have been treated. I will forward all of my correspondence onto the financial Ombudsman to review.

Take ages to reply, ended up dealing with 4 agents for 1 house. Then showed interest in the property as the first applicant interested, was told they were closed for a week so not to worry about other people putting offers and viewing the property... and came back to them having seen another 8 people greatly decreasing my chance of being accepted.. complete waste of time and energy and the process is a load of waffle.. genuinely wouldn't want anyone else wasting their time so bare this in mind. From viewing other reviews, seems to be a pattern with the "selection process"

Not a great experience. I pretty much understood the tone of the lady showing me the property when she said "the tenant will selectively be picked". I sent an email enquiring about what their terms and conditions where foe selecting tenants and did not receive a response. I now avoid the their propertied when searching.

Rented a property with these guys. Should've read the reviews before ever approaching this company. After leaving the property, I was charged over £450 for absolutely ridiculous. menial expenses that have no validity to them. Am currently in the process of arguing and disputing the charges but I can see they have done this before and not many people have had luck in getting the money returned so I'm not holding my breath. These guys are rude and don't care about their tenants. Not impressed with money being taken for no reason. Am recommending that everyone stay away unless they want to be ripped off. For the icing on the cake - I was in the property only 1 year and 10 months and for 6 months of it I didn't have hot water! Let me repeat - NO HOT WATER!! That's why I had to leave, and then to be charged extra is laughable. I should charge them for 6 month's worth of cold showers and aggro.

I was very disappointed with level of Customer service received from JNP Partnership, they never sent me copy of valuation report by post or email, I chased my times and spoke to Caroline in their adminstration department she confirmed you will receive shortly. To-date never sent one.
