JNP did a great job of getting good offers in quickly. Unfortunately the conveyancer that JNP recommend (Premier Property Lawyers) made a simple sale with no chain last for 5 months! JNP's absolute star of the show was Jan Chandler in JNP's sales progression team. She regularly touched base and always returned calls and emails with a professional and cheerful demeanor. I was so grateful that she was on board when the lawyers seemed largely absent. I doubt the sale would have happened without her.

I've had an efficient service and open lines of communication throughout. Nathan Dowie has really walked us through what could have been a overwhelming process.

Right from the start from the dealing with the sales people (mainly Mark Prior) and then the progression team (mainly Emma Cross) the sale of my flat was great. Their solicitor recommendation was great as well. The only reason it's not a 5 star is the length of time the process took, but that is more a reflection of how long property transactions are currently taking than on the folks at JNP.

Have been dealing with Christina Grima and so far she has been great! Extremely quick responses to all emails. Would recommend :)

JNP have been great during my stay in their managed property in Reading. Paperwork has always been quite speedy and their staff very professional. Maintenance of the building was also on a regular basis and were possible, scheduled as soon as possible.
