We purchased our first home through JNP dealing with Martin Officer, the process from start to finish couldn’t have been better. Excellent team! I've used them twice (buying and selling the same property), and their commitment has been absolutely top notch. When buying, I felt that I had someone who was going to be really honest with me about what was in my price range, and not waste my time with properties that would end up way above my budget. While selling, we had an honest discussion about the market, the value of the property, and how they were going to maximise my price. I felt informed every step of the way, and the team really made me feel important. Although the purchase of our new property had been an actual nightmare from the second we bid to exchange of contracts, it was not caused by JNP (the sellers agent) and Caroline Castle our negotiator was the most helpful person throughout the process. Caroline pushed solicitors and my agent right form the off, always called me back when she said she would (which, believe me, doesn't happen throughout the chain) constantly keeping us updated in a very friendly and professional manner. We had so many delays caused by all sorts of issues, which although fairly standard in a sale/purchase with a chain, seemed to happen at every turn with our chain, and although she was as frustrated as we were, Caroline made it all the more easier for us knowing we had someone fighting our corner. If we ever sell again, JNP will be the agent, but only if Caroline is in charge :-)
