We wanted to sell, initially we were told that our property would attract alot of potential buyers and that it would take a predicted 6-8 months to find suitable buyers. When they come to value your property they will try and convince you that they'll do a good job however upon using their services we realised that JNP are highly inefficient and unprofessional. They will not vet viewers prior to making appointments & match suitable buyers with your property. They don't give you feedback post viewings so that you can have constructive criticism to make your property more appealing to potential buyers. They will then continue to tell you that the market is slow whilst other properties in your area will sell the only difference is that they have listed their property with proactive agents. JNP are not proactive. In conclusion listing your property with JNP is a complete and utter waste of time. Please find a suitable alternative and do not make the same mistake we did!
