had a viewing 2 weeks ago for a flat on London road. I am looking to moving into my first home which is very exciting. Had a gent called Samuel Archer show us the property. I can honestly say I am very disappointed. Not only was he late, when we were there... he basically acted like he did not care. He did not know much about the property and when he promised to answer our questions from a follow up email, he never did. I am trying to view another apartment through JNP tomorrow and Samuel answered the phone again. He is not trying to cancel the appointment (email proof can be shown) I cannot say much about JNP as a whole, however please avoid him. It was very sad just seeing how he did not care
